I have always been involved with health and fitness and team sports. I was heavily involved in Muay Thai and find the correlation between coaching in the gym and Muay Thai have a strong carry over.

My personal favourite would have to be striking, however, I love almost all styles of training!

What do you love about your Job

I love the people and the community, coming into work and seeing everybody push themselves and strive to be better.

Being a part of such a young gym with so much potential is also very exciting!
