A BIT ABOUT Me
I’m a half Aussie, half Chilean gal with a smart mouth. I am extremely shy when meeting new people and being around people I don’t know. I was a dancer for 12 years and played a variety of sports from a young age. I first got into the gym and weight training when I was 16 wanting to lose weight and feel better about myself. That was also when my passion for fitness began.
I then found VT when I was 18 through my Aunty. At first I refused to do a class thinking it was a just a typical 45 minute cardio class and was I wrong! It is now a key part of my training as well as my life now being a coach here.

FAVOURITE TRAINING STYLE
Definitely enjoy my strength training the most and growing the peach 🍑 hahaha but I also enjoy doing the VT classes as well as pilates to keep things interesting.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR JOB?
When your job is something you’re passionate about it doesn’t really feel like work. Being able to come into an environment surrounded by people wanting to better themselves through fitness whether that be to look good or just feel good is very rewarding to be apart of and I couldn’t love being a coach more!
