I have always been involved with health and fitness and team sports. I have been playing semi professional AFL for 5 years and find the correlation between coaching in the gym and sports have a strong carry over.

My personal favourite would have to be weightlifting, however, I love almost all styles of training!
As long as it is challenging and rewarding I am here for it.
The good ole Burpee Box jump, moving 100kg is not easy

I love the people and the community, coming into work and seeing everybody push themselves and strive to be better.
Being a part of such a young gym with so much potential is also very exciting!
