Caveman
A Bit About Me
My name is Viliame Kaveinga - AKA VK / Caveman
I am of Tongan decent from South Auckland, New Zealand and am the the middle child of 7, which I think added to my competitive nature.
From a young age I tried many sports, though once I stepped foot on the footy field I knew playing Rugby League was my thing.
At the age of 18 I represented the New Zealand national side which then led me to secure a spot in the New Zealand Warriors under 20's team.
Being involved in sports, my ambition was to work in the field so in 2016 when I moved to Australia to chase my NRL dream with Manly's reserve grade team Blacktown, I also began working with VTT.
I then signed with the North Sydney Bears 2018, though since have retired from football to concentrate on my passion of training people.
Strengths / Experience
I have been coaching teams, classes and individual athletes for many years now and being from a strong sporting background, I understand what is needed to get the best results and how to remain injury free.
