Program overview
Our 7-week program features a comprehensive training plan tailored for young football players. Led by our highly skilled team of experienced and certified strength and conditioning coaches who have worked with first-grade sporting teams and athletes, this program incorporates techniques and strategies employed by professionals, laying a solid foundation for both physical and mental development.
Development day
22nd October, 8am
During this session, your coaches will guide you in setting a clear vision, establishing achievable goals, and developing a personal code of conduct to develop high-level daily habits. Initial athletic tests will be conducted to establish baseline results, which will be retested at the end of the program.
Strength & Conditioning sessions
Every Tuesday and Thursday, 5pm
Our experienced coaches will guide players through a comprehensive strength and conditioning program specifically designed to improve performance on the field.
Sunday grit sessions
Every Sunday for 7 weeks
These sessions will focus on building mental toughness, teamwork and resilience — qualities essential for success on and off the field.
Nutritional support
Developed by our in-house sports dietitian. Gain valuable insights on diet and hydration for optimal performance and recovery. Pre-season presents the perfect opportunity to master your nutritional approach, whether you aim to bulk up or trim down.
Mindset coaching
Goal setting and how to create a bulletproof mindset to help achieve your goals.
Prehabilitation & mobility
An integral part of all training programs for athletes. Focuses on prevention and enhanced recovery to reduce the risk of injury, helping to prepare your body for the season ahead.
