The adductors or inner thigh muscles and glutes (particularly the piriformis) and the hip flexors have a DOWNWARD PULL on the spine when they get “tight”. This “tightness” is a major cause/contributor to low back pain and/or tightness. Freeing up these muscle groups can reduce lower back pain and tightness drastically without having to touch your lower back!
