VT 7s IS BACK BIGGER AND BETTER!
VT 7s began three years ago to meet the growing demand for a competitive fitness event. Originally exclusive to VT members, it has expanded to include athletes from all over.
BATTLE OF THE BAY
MIXED PAIRS COMPETITION
32 team spots across two divisions are up for grabs in this ultimate fitness face-off. Held on May 25th, teams comprised of mixed male and female pairs, will enter the arena ready to battle it out in 7-minute workouts. Each round brings a new level of intensity as teams go head-to-head, pushing their limits to come out on top.
HOW IT WORKS
In VT 7s, each team will participate in four intense 7-minute workouts. Following this phase, the top 8 teams from each division will advance to the semi-final eliminator. From there, the top 4 teams from each eliminator will progress to the final divisional showdown, where the ultimate champions will be determined. Teams that emerge victorious and secure a podium finish will have the opportunity to claim a substantial $5,000 prize pool.

Suited for accomplished athletes who thrive in training and competition and are prepared to go head-to-head with other top athletes.

HOW TO ENTER
Registration for VT 7s will be $250 per team ($125 per person).
You can register your mixed male and female pair team through the registration link below. When you purchase your team entry, you do not need to immediately know or link your teammate. You will have the flexibility to change your teammate up until the day before you compete.
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Here's a guide on choosing which division you might want to register in. Not all movements will appear but are a guide for you to use against your training level. If you can do the below weights/movements for between 5–8 reps, you'll likely to be a better fit for that division.
